Cheryl Holt, MA, an independent consultant, has more than 30 years of experience in the behavioral health industry, serving clients at the provider, payer, and national levels. Her focus has been on behavioral health service delivery, behavioral health integration, research and analysis of healthcare policy, strategic planning, process improvement, performance measurement, and interagency collaboration. Cheryl's behavioral health experience includes direct service delivery, management, program development, and advocacy for behavioral health policy including mental health parity, mental health and addiction treatment reform, and healthcare integration.
