AIRS Online Courses

This category contains training's targeted at all levels of staff working in a human services agency providing information and referral services. Courses were developed in partnership with the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) and help prepare specialists for certification as well as organizations for accreditation. Topics include: basics of the I&R process, database management, customer service skills and skills working with special populations such as those with mental health issues, veterans and youth.
