Subject Matter Expert: Jaclyn Armstrong, BSN, RN, HCS-O
Jaclyn Armstrong is a Registered Nurse and certified Home Care Clinical Specialist- OASIS (HCS-O). She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University. Prior to joining Relias as a subject matter expert and writer for post-acute care, she gained extensive experience in home health with a strong focus on quality improvement and patient outcomes.
