This course also details how to help the individuals you are serving learn from crises so that they can use coping skills and support networks more effectively when they face stressful events in the future. 

The goal of this course is to provide paraprofessionals in health and human services with information on how to identify, prevent, and safely intervene during behavioral health crises.
