Ms. Wooles is an independent consultant with JD Wooles Consulting. She is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, as well as a Fellowship certification in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Ms. Wooles has a background in healthcare financial management in multi-site hospital systems, long term care retirement communities, and regional clinical laboratories. She has expertise in a broad spectrum of financial processes, including accounting, payroll, financial forecasting, budget administration, audit and financial reporting.

Ms. Workman is an Instructional Designer at Relias. She has a Master of Arts in Technology and Communication, as well as graduate certificates in Public Health, Epidemiology, and Digital Communications.
