She holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management and is certified as a Registered Health Information Administrator and Coding Specialist. Shawn has ten years of medical coding experience and is credentialled by the nationally-recognized certifying body for health information and informatics professionals in the United States, AHIMA.
