Subject Matter Expert: Rhoda Phillips, MSN, MA, RN, CEN
Mrs. Phillips is a SME/content writer for Relias. She holds an MSN in Nursing Education and a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing. She maintains a certified emergency nursing certification (CEN). With over 18 years of experience in direct patient care, she has worked as a staff and charge nurse in emergency departments, med-surg units, observation, critical care, and long-term care. Mrs. Phillips has also served as a nursing school clinical instructor, a clinical educator in the emergency department, and most recently as a clinical educator for multiple med-surg units.
