Ed has 30 plus years of nursing experience with clinical roles in trauma, emergency, critical care, skilled nursing, behavioral health, occupational health, home care, and is a certified clinical nursing instructor in North Carolina. Ed served as Director of Nursing for rural emergency services and physician practices. Ed earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Ed retired from the U.S. Coast Guard with 34 years served.

Ms. Bond is the founder of ProMedView Strategic Clinical Solutions and the covidCAREgroup, a community resource for those experiencing Long COVID. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in nursing and neuropsychology. Her clinical experience includes behavioral health, workers’ compensation, acute and critical care, occupational medicine, and community health. Delainne is known for her thought leadership in Workers’ Compensation on a national scale. Her experience includes behavioral health network development, risk management, and catastrophic case management, mass casualty and critical incident management. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Delainne has devoted her clinical expertise to researching behavioral health and long COVID-19, offering consultation, claims review, testimony, education, research, and resources. Followers and collaborators include physicians, nurses, mental health providers, and global business leaders.
