Instructor: Felicia Sadler, MJ BSN RN CPHQ
Felicia has been a Registered Nurse for over 35 years and has served in various nursing leadership roles, including administrative. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Healthcare, and has served as an examiner for the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence. She has assisted healthcare organizations with designing onboarding and preceptor programs. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University. Felicia has served as chairperson for ASHRM (American Society for Healthcare Risk Managers) Education Strategy Committee, and ASHRM’s Education Development Task Force.

Mr. McConnell is a Clinical Solutions Partner at Relias, the subject matter expert in our Emergency Department Education, and our CE Direct offering and the founder of Distance CME our EMS Education offering. Mr. McConnell has an extensive background in Emergency Medical Services 30 years, Emergency Nursing 14 years, and Critical Care Transport 5 years, and experience in curriculum development and presentation. He holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a National Registry Paramedic certification, Pre-Hospital Registered Nurse and Medical Intensive Care Nurse Credentials in PA and NJ. He also holds specialty certifications in Certified Emergency Nursing and is an EMS Instructor.

Ms. Workman is an Instructional Designer at Relias. She has a Master of Arts in Technology and Communication, as well as graduate certificates in Public Health, Epidemiology, and Digital Communications. Ms. Workman has a background in writing and designing online continuing medical education for physicians and other health professionals on multiple educational platforms, including web-based, game-based, and immersive learning environments. She has also used simulation training extensively to connect learning to real-world environments.
