Learning Objectives:
Define what inclusion policies are and why an I&R program should have them.
Discuss what the Inform USA Standards say about inclusion criteria.
Learn the basics involved in creating an inclusion policy.
Review the “gray areas” that should be considered once inclusion criteria are established.
Evaluate methods to keep an inclusion policy updated.

Target Audience:
The target audience for this course is: Service Coordination Personnel; in the following settings: Behavioral Health: Community Services, Behavioral Health: Crisis Services, Behavioral Health: Intensive Services (IRTS), Behavioral Health: Outpatient Services, Behavioral Health: Social Rehabilitation Facilities.
