Learning Objectives:
Define critical terms in understanding issues relating to youth and young people.
Review the Inform USA Standards that may apply to serving this population.
Develop a basic understanding of the legal requirements for reporting cases of child abuse or neglect.
Compare and contrast how speaking to youth differs from speaking to parents or guardians.
Examine the most common services available to youth and their families.

The target audience for this course is: Service Coordination Personnel; in the following settings: Behavioral Health: Community Services.
