Subject Matter Expert: Morganne Skinner, RN, BSN
Morganne is a registered nurse, freelance nurse writer, and fertility awareness educator and owner of Fertility Defined. She has seven years of nursing experience in rehabilitation, communicable disease, maternal child health, and in the surgical trauma ICU. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer for two years in rural Zambia, where she was one of the only English speakers and learned to speak Lunda. During her service, she worked closely with Zambian counterparts as well as other volunteers from various cultural backgrounds. She has a passion for health literacy, cultural communication, fertility, and women’s health.
